Laxmi manchu daughter birthday function photos

Actress Lakshmi Manchu celebrated her daughter Vidya Nirvana's first birthday with differently-abled children at an orphanage in Tirupathi on 14 June.

Vidya Nirvana was born through surrogacy at a clinic on 15 June last year.

Lakshmi Manchu married Andy Srinivasan a few years ago. 

While everybody was expecting her to host a big birthday bash for her daughter, the actress-cum-producer took the toddler to the orphanage where she cut a cake and shared it with the children there. 

Lakshmi Manchu's act surprised many industry bigwigs who were impressed with her noble gesture.

The actress explained her decision saying she wanted to inculcate in Vidya at a very young age the joy of sharing.
